Menopause and Heart Palpitations

Relaxation and exercise and sleep are good for  you  during menpause to ensure that  your hormones do not go wild, espcially your cortisol which can go up twenty fold when you are.  A raised level of cortisol is dangerous for your heart. It makes it beat faster  to move oxygen faster to starving cells and tissues.

Research has also shown that  increased cortisol precipitates both diabetes and high blood pressure.

The bottom line is to ensure that your lifestyle changes. As said earlier, nutrition should be upgraded at middle age because this will help your body make the depleting hormone levels, the cause of menpause.
Exercise will help you burn calories and strenghten your bones to keep ostioporosis at bay.

Menopause is a manageable middle age crisis. It does not in 90% of case last all through the remainder of life. Most women graduate from menopause at age 51 or there about. How much you suffer from your menopause will greatly depend on how your lifestyle. Avoid stress, eat nutritious food and exercise your body to beat the hurtful symptoms of menopause.
